Scope of JobThe candidate will work with faculty to assist in events and recruitment efforts, supporting the department digital communication needs. The role may also include data entry, administrative tasks, support during recruitment campaigns and projects, and general office tasks such as clerical, posting announcements, uploading documents, etc.
Maximum appointment is limited to twenty (20) hours per week (50% FTE); assistantships are semester-based and subject to renewal each term.
Discipline SpecificRequired Qualifications
- The Graduate Assistantship is available to master’s or doctoral students assigned to a faculty or staff member within the Robert
C. Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship (RCVCOBE). - Must be a full-time graduate student.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Customer service experience preferred.
Salary: $1,250/month
