What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
- Examining student performance data to continually improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Working with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Competent in evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work on‑site at one of our locations:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
