Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Examining student performance data to continually improve your methods and identify actionable insights
• Working with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks

Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Competent in evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
• Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors within these systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to work on‑site at one of our locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
