• Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions.
• Guiding students in individual or small‑group formats: tracking advancement in digital learning platforms, cultivating goal‑setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for staff observation.
• Facilitating life skills workshops that captivate students while illustrating exemplary delivery for staff development.
• Analyzing student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm attainment of academic benchmarks.
• Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address inquiries.

• Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation permitted).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or comparable roles serving youth or adult populations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (educators, staff members, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts.
