• Create and execute advanced learning programs – Develop workshops spanning mathematics, sciences, philosophy, and creative writing while offering individualized mentorship to 15-20 gifted learners advancing at 5-10x conventional speed
• Identify and remove learning barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to assist students who have surpassed traditional educational structures in discovering their intellectual advantage
• Apply AI for customization
• Partner and enhance – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data

• Academic Guide key responsibilities
• Exceptional educational background – Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or comparable university
• Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent accomplishment
• Distinguished academic credential – Competitive scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level instructional experience
• 3 years mentoring background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching students in any setting
• Regular AI utilization – Self-reported daily engagement with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Geographic availability – Readiness to relocate to or maintain in-person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Employment eligibility – Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
