• Perform full scope general dentistry, including exams, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
• Provide pediatric dentistry with an emphasis on comfort, trust, and patient education.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose oral health conditions using medical imaging.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to maintain efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term care.
• Utilize Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and case management.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
• Experience with pediatric dentistry preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and HIPAA regulations.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software.
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care.
• Part-time available, depending on the candidate.

• Competitive salary ranging from $200K to $300K per year.
• $800 per day or 33% of collections.
• 32-hour weekly guarantee across a 4-day schedule.
