ISR and Branch Coordinator Rental Equipment

Overview

We re looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Branch Service Coordinator for our location in Brownsville, Texas. This position supports the daily operations of our branch. This role is essential to keeping the branch running smoothly and providing excellent service to both customers and internal teams.

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
• Take customer orders and assist with order processing
• Support day-to-day branch operations
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• Help customers and team members with whatever is needed to keep the branch moving
• Maintain a professional, helpful presence at the front of the branch
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch success

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Basic computer skills (order entry, email, systems)
