We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Branch Service Coordinator for our location in Brownsville, Texas. This position supports the daily operations of our branch. This role is essential to keeping the branch running smoothly and providing excellent service to both customers and internal teams.
What You'll DoAs a Branch Service Coordinator, you will:
Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Take customer orders and assist with order processing
Support day-to-day branch operations
Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Help customers and team members with whatever is needed to keep the branch moving
Maintain a professional, helpful presence at the front of the branch
Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch success
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Basic computer skills (order entry, email, systems)
Supportive team environment
