As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline for customer inquiries, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment. You'll interact with diverse individuals daily, discovering your potential along the way.

This position is based on-site at our Brownsville, Texas location.

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, emails, and reviews, handling a range of requests from simple inquiries to complex reservations and service issues.
• Use management-defined methods and language to respond to digital inquiries.
• Answer operator calls (internal/external).
• Clearly communicate our products and services, always listening to the customer.
• Meet reservation and service requests within established guidelines.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain a positive view of the company and its properties during interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders.
• Work with Quality Coaches and Team Leaders to evaluate and improve performance.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve processes and offerings.
• Support company culture and team philosophy.
• Adhere to all policies, including ethical guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
• Participate in peer coaching and support team efforts.

• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.

• At least two years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of property management and reservation systems (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Experience in a 24/7 sales environment handling reservations or in hospitality/casino industries is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as needed.
