We are looking for a Detail-Make Ready professional, 21 years and over, with a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years. This role involves ensuring vehicles are clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing before being presented to customers. The successful candidate must have attention to detail, expertise in automotive detailing, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and tools used in vehicle detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and needed repairs.
• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to restore and maintain their appearance.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors to a high standard.
• Perform minor touch-ups and repairs to uphold vehicle aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and report any issues to management promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines throughout all tasks.

• Certification in automotive detailing preferred.
• Proficiency in using detailing tools such as buffers, polishers, and steam cleaners.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
