• Maintain a clean and organized production environment with the highest quality standards.
• Evaluate samples accurately and master operating and auxiliary equipment to optimize production efficiency.
• Spot and promptly address safety or mechanical issues.
• Record all production records with precision.
• Proactively alert the crew leader of any potential disruptions.
• Offer training and relief support, aiding with changeovers and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and strong math skills.
• Ability to read and apply standard operating procedures efficiently.
• Capability to drive a forklift and handle significant weight loads.
• Physical agility to bend and lift as needed.

Handling machine parts, moving hefty reels of hose, working through summer heat, and skillfully using hand tools to reassemble machinery is the core of this role.
