As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the right mattress and sleep solution for their needs. This isn’t high-pressure sales—it’s about listening, learning, and providing a great experience. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a strong income through commission and bonuses, all while being part of a company that supports your growth.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best sleep solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle basic administrative tasks.
• Learn and stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Work independently and take ownership of the in-store experience.

• High school diploma or GED.
