We’re looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide quality care and leadership during our Saturday, Sunday, and Monday night shifts.
What You’ll Do- Provide hands-on nursing care and oversight to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Document and report changes in resident conditions
- Follow facility procedures for charting, medication administration, and incident reporting
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for residents and staff
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
