• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision parts production
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Program, edit, and optimize G-code for efficient machining operations
• Select appropriate tooling and establish optimal speeds and feeds
• Create custom fixtures and work holding solutions
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements
• Maintain detailed production records and quality documentation

• 5+ years CNC mill and lathe setup/operation experience
• 5+ years Fusion 360, Mastercam, Solid Works, or similar CAM software experience
• Proven ability to read blueprints and machine parts to specifications
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

• Multi-axis machining (4th & 5th axis) experience
• GD&T knowledge and application experience
• Custom fixturing design and fabrication
• Aerospace/defense manufacturing background
• Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion
• Experience with Haas, Mazak, SMART, or Fanuc controls

• Modern, well‑maintained equipment in an AS9100/ISO‑certified facility
