- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision parts production
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
- Program, edit, and optimize G-code for efficient machining operations
- Select appropriate tooling and establish optimal speeds and feeds
- Create custom fixtures and work holding solutions
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements
- Maintain detailed production records and quality documentation
- 5+ years CNC mill and lathe setup/operation experience
- 5+ years Fusion 360, Mastercam, Solid Works, or similar CAM software experience
- Proven ability to read blueprints and machine parts to specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Multi-axis machining (4th & 5th axis) experience
- GD&T knowledge and application experience
- Custom fixturing design and fabrication
- Aerospace/defense manufacturing background
- Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion
- Experience with Haas, Mazak, SMART, or Fanuc controls
- Modern, well‑maintained equipment in an AS9100/ISO‑certified facility
- Collaborative team of seasoned professionals

- 40–45 hours per week with potential overtime
