Scaling Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume recycling and production facility, ensuring processing targets meet the demands of a growing startup;
Workforce Development:
Build and lead a production team, prioritizing safety training, cross-functional skills, and a culture of environmental stewardship;
Equipment & Maintenance:
Manage the upkeep of specialized recycling machinery and automated sorting systems to minimize downtime and maximize yield;
Quality Assurance:
Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure recycled outputs meet strict industry standards for strength and sustainability;
Operational Strategy:
Work closely with leadership to optimize the supply chain, from raw cardboard intake to finished product distribution
