Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Evening Intensive Outpatient Therapist, located in Brownsburg, IN. Responsibilities include leading group therapy sessions, providing individual counseling, conducting assessments, and creating personalized treatment plans for clients. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and maintain accurate client records. Supporting clients through their recovery journey and contributing to a positive and professional environment is a core element of this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience and qualifications in counseling, therapy practices, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and case management
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LCAC, or equivalent) in the state of Indiana is required
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Previous experience in outpatient substance use or mental health treatment is preferred
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required
