Accountant – Full-Time (On-Site) – Brownsburg, IN

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, including job costing, accounts payable, and AIA billing
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with construction accounting standards and internal controls
• Support audits, tax filings, and project‑based reporting
• Partner with leadership to guide financial planning and project profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience as an accountant, ideally within construction or project‑based industries
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
