Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in engineering or technical project management
- Expert proficiency with project management tools to build, maintain, and report on schedules, dependencies, risks, and execution status
- Strong understanding of new product development (NPD) and stage gate processes including planning, execution, reviews, and release readiness
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross‑functional technical programs and maintain execution discipline
- Electrical/Embedded Electronics experience preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to identify execution risks, gaps, and blockers to elevate issues effectively
- Relevant project experience leading NPD projects from start to finish
- Ability to maintain structure, accuracy, and urgency in fast-paced technical environment
- Clear communicator and self‑motivated go‑getter
- Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of system‑level technical programs with focus on execution visibility, cross‑functional coordination, and risk management
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking based on approved scope and technical inputs from Systems Engineering and Product Management
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across systems engineering, hardware, firmware, QA, manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams to support execution
- Identify risks, issues, and dependency conflicts and elevate promptly to Systems Engineering leadership for resolution
- Prepare and communicate clear status updates, risk summaries, and execution forecasts to stakeholders and leadership, and organize internal training activities to support product readiness
