This full‑time, permanent Lead Automation Technician position is available at a financially stable, employee‑owned company. • Participate in product installations, start‑ups, and repairs at customer sites or via telephone support.
• Support customers on‑site and over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to confirm successful outcomes.
• Travel 65–75% of the time to domestic locations and internationally to France, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and/or Canada.

• Two‑year degree in electrical engineering, maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Five or more years of electrical field service, mechanical field service, and/or industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven experience troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally via airplane and automobile.
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.

• Must be a United States citizen or green‑card holder.
