A well-established supply and distribution organization is seeking an Inside Sales Support Coordinator to work closely with a senior salesperson and help keep orders moving smoothly from quote to fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone with prior inside sales or sales support experience who enjoys accuracy, customer interaction, and being a key part of the sales process. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, this opportunity offers stability and room to grow.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (one-hour lunch)
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Partner directly with a salesperson to support daily inside sales operations
• Prepare and issue accurate quotes for customer orders
• Place orders and ensure details are entered correctly and on time
• Write up and process sales orders from initial request through completion
• Maintain organized records related to quotes, orders, and customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and follow-through

• Prior experience in inside sales support or a similar sales coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused work ethic
