Overview
Assist residents with food prep and ADLs. Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Aide to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility in Louisiana. This role is crucial in ensuring and contributing to their overall well-being and engagement.
Shift availability: 2 evening shifts 7pm - 7am; 1 shift 7am - 7pm PRN.
QualificationsMust have valid , Social Security card, Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to engage with seniors.
- Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is a plus.
- Ability to assist with lifting and moving residents as needed.
