Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering great customer service and supporting a high-performing team? McDonald’s is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our restaurant management team.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently met across food safety, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, stock, and resources efficiently to maximise performance.
• Drive sales and performance by meeting targets and supporting new initiatives.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, or food service is essential

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A guest led and hospitality driven focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
