• Manage end‑to‑end workflow, concession preparation, writing, validation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage Non Conformities (MNCs) and Concessions, including design assessments and validations.
• Provide Design Liaison and Design for Manufacture support, including preliminary QSR, DQN, and WQN investigations and green quality gate achievement.
• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyse deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for clarifications related to Non‑conformances.
• Liaise with multiple functions to ensure the most appropriate repair solution is chosen, considering cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on the availability of rare repair fasteners before finalising disposition.
• Make disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify repeating issues and escalade for corrective action.
• Propose design improvements to Engineering on repetitive defects and manufacturing teams to strengthen process controls.
• Design special parts to resolve non‑conformity if required.
• Review concession and recommend a design change request if the non‑conformity is caused by design.
• Manage engineering data, documentation and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and communication processes.
• Serve as a technical representative for onsite offshore coordination, addressing queries, Return to Task clarifications, and technical escalations.

• General knowledge, understanding and use of all relevant documentation and specifications such as acceptance criteria (installation instruction), tool guideline (VPM, ASR, SAP…), suffix and ASR usage and specific guideline (flushness…).
• Knowledge of Non‑conformity declaration for structural parts and assemblies.
• Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.
• Knowledge of aerospace processes and procedures relating to design (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS, etc.).
• Experience using Doc Master, Airnavx, etc.
• Valid aerospace training certificates in SAP, VPM and PASS SSI.

• CATIAv5, SAP (PAC / PEA), PASS, Zamiz, PRIMES, GEMAVICC, GILDA, COLINA, TREND, VPM, AIRNav

• 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience in Material Review Board Design.
• Previous aerospace concession experience.
