The Package- £62,000 - 67,500 base (including a £5,000 car allowance and fuel card)
- Lucrative commission / profit share – especially as the division continues to grow
- Hybrid work – 2 days a week in the Brough (Hull) HQ
With large international investment, the client has been established for almost 20 years in Renewable Energy installs, specialising in heat pumps. For the last 6+ years, they have been the UK and Ireland's market leader for commercial/industrial scale pumps
, with projects ranging from 1 megawatt to 8.5 megawatt (the UK's largest – they set and break records). This year they have built a new Service and Maintenance division
. Now, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead that forward and not only upsell to existing clients/contracts but to go out and win new contracts.
- Lead the Service and Maintenance division, driving growth and profitability.
- Upsell existing clients for additional service contracts.
- Identify and secure new commercial contracts across the UK and EU.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
- NO previous heat pump experience is even required, but would be a bonus.
- Successful background in commercial service and maintenance within HVAC, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, or a similar industry.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
