The Portable Restroom Driver/Operator operates the pump truck on pre-determined routes, controlling the truck's pump or similar equipment to collect waste from portable sanitation units and deposit their contents into the truck.

• Operate pump truck on a pre-determined route; safely control the pump as required to collect receptacles and deposit their contents in the truck.
• Perform and document pre-operation safety checks on vehicle prior to embarking on route.
• Refuel truck and perform basic maintenance.
• Facilitate proper maintenance and mechanical service on truck by appropriate mechanics.
• Transport waste to the proper location for processing and/or disposal.
• Notify dispatchers and/or supervisors of delays, unsafe sites, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and document the same.
• Maintain logs of pickup times, daily mileage, and dump logs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3 years of commercial driving experience required, 5 years preferred.
• Must be at least 25 years of age or older, due to insurance requirements for operating company vehicles.
• Valid Driver’s License or similar classification to operate a pump truck required.
• CDL License preferred.
• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
