Cabot Citrus Farms
Cabot’s first American property, Cabot Citrus Farms, is set across 1,200 acres of pristine natural beauty in the Central-West region of Florida, known as the Nature Coast. The landscape features dramatic elevation changes, sandy soil, rolling hills, and oaks and pines. The property offers two 18-hole golf courses, one 10-hole course, an 11-hole par-3 course, and a premier practice facility, along with luxury accommodations, real estate opportunities, elevated food and beverage experiences, off-course activities (Sport Club, fishing pond, sports courts), and a Pool and Racquet Club planned for the future.

As Guest Service Attendant for Cabot Citrus Farms, you are the first in-person smile to greet our guests upon arrival. You greet guests by name and create an authentic personal connection, directing them to the pro shop for check-in, assisting with unloading golf clubs from the shuttle, and providing insights on services and amenities available.

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Maintain the cart staging area, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintain cart storage and cart wash-down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Cabot Citrus Farms standards.
• Greet all guests warmly and professionally, making guests feel welcome and anticipating their needs.
• Assist guests with their golf clubs, set them up on a golf cart or pushcart, ensure bag suitability for caddie when caddies are booked, provide a medical cart when required, and provide club storage services as requested.
• Provide information and directions to guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Communicate with a positive attitude and effective listening and speaking skills while connecting with guests and associates.
• Uphold the policies, procedures, and reporting of golf operations as required.
• Remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
• Work flexible hours as required, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Enthusiastic, positive, authentic, engaging, and high-energy.
• Excellent grooming and personal appearance standards.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.

• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or move objects.
• Ability to spend long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, and crouching while performing other duties.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
