You'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and fun shopping environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect gear.

• Becoming a Western Wear Expert: Guide customers through our extensive selection of boots, apparel, hats, accessories, and more, offering personalized recommendations and product knowledge that only a true enthusiast can provide.
• Delivering Legendary Service: Go above and beyond to ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience, from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.
• Maintaining Our Brand: Help keep our store looking its best – merchandising products, maintaining displays, and contributing to a clean and organized sales floor.
• Being a Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow team members to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
