Best Home Health Care is seeking a qualified ,motivated, and dedicated Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. The selected candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and capable of performing administrative duties at our Brooksville office as well as clinical duties in patients’ homes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, as it includes office work at our Brooksville location and hands-on patient care in the home.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assist with clinical and office responsibilities
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and families
• Support team operations and help promote company growth
• Perform clinical and administrative tasks in the office setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with care plans

• Active LPN license
• Spanish and English speaking
• CPR certification
• Completed background check
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and registration
• A positive attitude, compassion, and respect for others
• Capable of performing administrative duties at our Brooksville office as well as clinical duties in patients’ homes.
