- Night Shift – 1 CNC, 11 RN, 5 PCT

• Patient Ratios – 1:4-5 ( sometimes

• Type of equipment – BIPAP- PRN, PCA pumps, Tube feeding, woundvacs

• EMR – Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• PCU experience

• ACLS

• Willingness to Float

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Cardiac drips no titration , post
- Heart Cath, Abdominal surgery, post-ops with PCA pumps

• Any post- surgical needing 3-4 hours monitoring
