Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep of facilities in two communities. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electrical equipment to ensure optimal functioning. This position requires flexibility to work on call.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and general maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively.

• Supervise and train maintenance staff in both communities.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for efficient operations in both locations.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in two communities.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for both locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in both communities.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet maintenance goals and deadlines.
• Provide on-call maintenance support as needed to address urgent issues in both communities.
