This role is designed for a seasoned P&C agent who excels in consultative sales and relationship management. Qualified leads are provided, allowing you to focus on advising clients, closing business, and maintaining a strong book of business.

Working alongside Laura Barker, you’ll play a key role in:

• Managing and converting personal lines opportunities
• Delivering tailored coverage recommendations
• Operating within the Brightway Agency Model with established processes and tools

This position is ideal for experienced agents seeking flexibility, reduced hours, or a complementary role alongside other professional commitments.

• Advise prospects and clients on personal lines coverage using a consultative approach
• Convert provided leads and selectively pursue self-generated opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and long-term retention
• Meet performance expectations for quotes, new business, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with the agency owner to support growth initiatives

• Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Strong understanding of coverage options and underwriting guidelines
• Professional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Experience working in an independent agency environment preferred
