Associate's Degree Medical Technology or Bachelor's Biology or Chemistry - License

Clinical Lab Technologist - Certification

American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) - Work Experience

Licensed in all 5 specialties, Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology
