Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill. • Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.
• Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.
• Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.
• Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.
• Extensive travel is required.
• Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License

Education:

• Bachelor's degree - Human Services or Related Field

Experience:

• Preferred: 1 year of substance abuse experience or 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
