Operations Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
Greets customer promptly and professionally. Identifies order accuracy and captures appropriate customer signatures upon receipt.
Pull and clearly identify materials correctly, following all applicable notes and instructions to include location assignment and shipping information.
Count, sort and place stock materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style or location.
Receive shipments, examine, unpack and check for accuracy. Validate rejects, damaged items, shortages and notifies appropriate parties.
Prepare outbound shipments per established company guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
