Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Payroll Clerk role located in Brooksville, FL. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, managing payroll records, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed and organized documentation and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure efficient payroll operations. Help with Health Insurance Open Enrollment and any other tasks needed.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and regulations
- Basic Accounting skills to support payroll-related financial tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Familiarity with payroll software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; additional certification in accounting or payroll management is a plus
- Dealership Payroll experience preferred
Pay is based off Prior Payroll experience
