Overview

Best Home Health Care is seeking a qualified, motivated, and dedicated Bilingual Front Desk Office Assistant to join our growing team. The selected candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and capable of performing administrative duties at our Brooksville office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, as it includes office work and — if needed — occasional hands-on support assisting patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones professionally and courteously
  • Interview and assist with hiring caregivers
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and families
  • Support office operations and contribute to company growth
  • Review employee files to ensure compliance and updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Communicate with healthcare staff professionally
  • Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, divide)
  • Assist with caregiving duties in patients’ homes when required
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDFs proficiently
  • Type accurately and efficiently
  • Pay strong attention to detail
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Send professional emails
  • Demonstrate comfort with technology or willingness to learn
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Position Details
  • Position Type:
    Full-Time
  • Schedule (In-Office):
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
  • Experience in a front desk or office setting preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • CPR Certification
  • Completed background screening
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and respect for others
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
