Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative for NSA, some of your responsibilities include managing retention and growth of revenue for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with current and new customer contacts, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a brand ambassador to the customer.

Day to Day Activities
  • Owning the customer relationships for assigned accounts and maintaining regular contact cadence.
  • Growing revenue within assigned accounts according to the annual plan.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet.
  • Actively promoting new products and/or products relevant to the customer’s growth plan.
  • Educating and advising assigned customers about products and services offered.
  • Coordinating with Customer Experience, Marketing, and other internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting business review meetings with target customers as necessary.
  • Building and managing opportunity pipeline in
  • Maintaining accurate records in  and/or other applicable technology.
  • Creating and managing account plans for target accounts.
  • Follow-up with leads as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education & Certificates: Degree in business is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-3+ year(s) inside sales or sales development experience preferred with demonstrated record of achievement; intermediate or higher skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, Experience in business software – ERP, order entry software, CRM preferably Salesforce.
