Quality Technician Shift & Schedule
Full‑time Day Shift (Monday to Friday 7:30 AM‑3:30 PM). Shift schedule may vary based on production needs. Hours to be confirmed during the interview process. Overtime may be required as business demands.
Position SummaryThe Quality Lab Technician supports quality testing, inspection, and process verification activities within the laboratory and production environment. This role performs visual inspections, product testing, dock audits, and documentation to ensure all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. The position also provides timely feedback to production teams to support continuous quality improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct visual inspections of outgoing product using approved inspection criteria
- Perform laboratory testing and record accurate results in the lab database
- Inspect products for visual attributes and defects
- Monitor lab equipment, inspection fixtures, retention samples, and testing materials
- Support sample processing, gauging, and trial‑run documentation when required
