Employment Type: Full time, hours vary
Pay: $16/hour
Position OverviewResponsible for all warehouse activities and helping team members who perform manufactured stock put away, kit assembly, altered stock shop order management, and order picking and packing.
Essential Job Functions- Ensure manufactured stock is put away in a timely manner with 100% accuracy, including transfer of # shop orders.
- Ensure kits are assembled within 48 hours of COP transfer provided items are available.
- Ensure MTO and stock face shield shop orders are assembled in a timely manner.
- Ensure altered stock shop orders are picked 100% accurately and delivered to production in a timely manner.
- Ensure that same day shipping requests are picked the day of the request.
- Ensure W.W. Grainger labeling and packing requirements are followed.
- Ensure order comments applicable to order picking (labeling, barcoding, hang tags, etc.) are followed.
- Ensure inventory adjustment forms are submitted the day the discrepancy is discovered.
- Manage quarantined finished goods. Coordinate repairs, returning items to stock, destroying items, etc.
- Attend daily production meeting.
- Understand and operate the process of TCM.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with established safety policies and be able to safely use the equipment provided in a safe manner, including shutting down machinery suspected of being unsafe.
- Ensure areas of supervision are neat and organized, and ensure all items have a home.
- Generate various reports to reprioritize orders based on customers and outages.

Provided on the job, including training on material handling equipment.
Qualifications Education & CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience or 1 year customer service in a physical role preferred. Proficient in computer skills and applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)

Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds repetitively. Must be willing to be trained on Joey and Forklifts.
Working ConditionsMust be able to work in a typical warehouse environment in a wide range of temperatures.
