Overview
The City of Brooklyn invites qualified applicants to apply for the position of Mechanic within the City Service Department. There is currently one opening.
Responsibilities- Under direction of the Foreman, maintains and repairs City equipment and vehicles
- High school or GED equivalent, plus experience and/or training in automotive and heavy truck repair and maintenance, mower and small engine repair, shop equipment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Must possess a Commercial Driver's License Class B or be able to obtain within six (6) months of hire date.
Salary will be determined based upon the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and Liuna
