We're constantly innovating, recently launching our own annual SEO conference, and maintaining a newsletter with 33K+ engaged subscribers. Our team works remotely across the U.S., and we can only consider candidates based in the U.S. who can work during continental U.S. hours.

The RoleYou'll be the strategic architect behind converting iPullRank's industry-leading thought leadership into high-value client relationships. This isn't about spray-and-pray tactics—you'll craft sophisticated, high-impact outreach campaigns that leverage our CEO's global speaking presence, our conference portfolio, and our 33K+ newsletter audience to generate premium MQLs.
You'll work directly with founder and CEO Mike King and iPullRank leadership to transform speaking engagements, webinars, and conference appearances into meaningful business relationships. You'll orchestrate conference strategies, build sophisticated nurture campaigns, and use cutting-edge GTM automation to create personalized, value-driven outreach that compels engagement.
This role reports directly to leadership and requires someone with a little swagger, creativity, and a proven track record of turning thought leadership into revenue.
OTE range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.
What You'll Be Doing Strategic Thought Leadership Conversion- Transform Mike King's 15-20 annual speaking engagements into high-value MQL pipelines
- Develop and execute sophisticated pre-conference, at-conference, and post-conference outreach and engagement strategies
- Build ROI calculations and strategic justifications for conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities
- Organize and lead conference teams to maximize Hub Spot contact acquisition and MQL generation
- Design and implement multi-touch nurture campaigns in Hub Spot that convert our 33K newsletter subscribers into qualified leads
- Create "hand-crafted" email sequences with deep, personalized enrichment that lead with value and compel meaningful engagement
- Build sophisticated audience segmentation strategies based on conference attendance, content engagement, and behavioral data
- Develop webinar follow-up sequences that convert attendees into qualified prospects
- Leverage Clay, data enrichment tools, and automation platforms to build targeted prospect lists
- Implement sophisticated scraping and data enrichment workflows to identify high-value prospects
- Create automated nurture sequences that feel personal and value-driven
- Build and maintain complex lead scoring models and attribution tracking
