OverviewThe Loan, Payment, and Operational Services Training Facilitator is a dynamic and integral role within our financial institution, responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating comprehensive training programs. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including overseeing project tasks, administrative duties, and cross-departmental training facilitation. The Loan, Payment, and Operational Services Training Facilitator will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Training Program Development:
Design and develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars tailored to Loan, Payment, and Operational Services. - Project Tasks:

Oversee training projects from start to finish, ensuring that milestones are achieved within the established timeline and budget. - Project Tasks:
Needs Assessment:
Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps across departments and create targeted training solutions. - Project Tasks:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Training or leadership background.
- Success in technical subjects and ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Adaptable approach for different learning styles and behavior recognition.

- Business, technical, and cross-functional skills for problem-solving and timely decisions; understanding of financial and performance metrics.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training facilitator role within a financial institution.
- Experience with Loan, Payment, and Operational Services operational systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Instructional designing and creating training programs.
- Knowledge of Loan, Payment, and Operational Services.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
