What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Lead and support discovery sessions with cross‑functional teams, helping define scope and problem framing
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather outputs to drive project closure
- Develop current‐state process maps, experience journeys, and documentation adhering to established standards
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Design future‑state workflows and operational recommendations that improve user experience, efficiency, and reduce risks
- Translate findings into clear business and technical requirements for automation, AI, OCR, and platform solutions
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications and readiness assessments
- Maintain strong project documentation, communicate status updates, and manage risks and dependencies
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, end‑to‑end process design, and documentation
- Proficient in analyzing complex environments, problem‑solving, and working with ambiguity
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable project requirements
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives and promoting adoption of new processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights
- Financial services industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Exposure to Loan Operations or Wealth Operations processes and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, User‑Centered Design are a plus
- Occasional travel as required based on stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license if needed
- Prolonged sitting and PC use, occasional lifting of lightweight equipment
