** 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Key Bank is seeking a Wealth Management, Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis and putting insights into action, business development, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by our clients. The role requires a self-starter who can innovate and conduct analysis to drive strategy in a competitive business.
The projects managed will focus on identifying, scoping, proposing, capturing, and delivering high "mission value added" projects in addition to supporting Salesforce, other systems/platforms within Wealth, and report building and dashboard creation.
Essential Job Functions
* Responsible for executing projects and initiatives in support of business priorities, growth strategies, and client needs
* Build and leverage business and performance management data, presentations, and meeting cadences
* Partner with reporting and analytics teams to drive data initiatives in support of Wealth Management priorities
* Provide analysis and produce insights to better serve our clients
* Review internal processes to identify and recommend process improvements, particularly as it relates to the preparation and sharing of data with partners, including but not limited to Finance, Data and Analytics teams
* Collaborate with various teams across other lines of business, leading efforts and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
* Compile, evaluate, and provide external market research to help inform business opportunities
* Successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously driving for results and communicating progress and issues to Senior Management
* Create and deliver high quality presentation materials to be used by Senior Leadership for various purposes including executive meetings, presentations, and town hall meetings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
* Experience in financial services / wealth management / private banking preferred
* Strong math, finance, & analytical skills and an understanding of the private banking business
* Initiative-taker with a high degree of adaptability and intellectual curiosity
* Demonstrated experience leveraging the MS Office suite of products, including Excel and Power Point
* Experience working in a database-driven environment
* Demonstrated ability to create data-driven results and present them in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force
* Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $ annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
