100% on‑site for the first 4+ weeks of employment at our office in Brooklyn, OH

Regular Location (after training): Hybrid – 2 days per week in‑office are required

Hours/

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

Account Reconciliation Operations provides statement and accurate check disbursement reporting, in conjunction with fraud prevention-Se services toांच्या Key Bank's largest corporate clients, from all market segments.

This team supports over 6K corporate client accounts, acting as back‑office detectives, treasury partners, and other internal departments, as part of our Positive Pay fraud prevention service.

Job Duties
  • Primary focus is on moderate execution within defined parameters with some expansion to complex issues based on development. Roles at this level are responsible for moderate operational and/or administrative work
  • Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting while receiving limited instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process
  • Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for moderate activities. Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to Senior level or supervisor
  • Provides service in relation to moderate complex billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customers
  • Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts
  • Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign and forms a strong basic understanding of the specific productি or process
  • Establishes a comfort level and good rapport with corporate clients and other internal lines of business
  • Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests
  • Typically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role
  • Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues
  • Is fully proficient in duties while working under moderate to limited supervision تقل<

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Digital literacy in MS Office
    365 – including intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical, research, and problem‑resolution skills
  • Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75–$24.52 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based on various factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation also includes incentive compensation that may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
