• Administer complex procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting with minimal supervision
• Review and ensure proper documentation and procedures for complex activities
• Identify and resolve complex issues without established guidelines
• Recommend and implement programs to improve workflow and processes
• Organize and manage various activities of the team while ensuring accountability for reporting and analysis requests

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience (required)
• Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
• Familiarity with back-office operations and banking transaction processing
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with Gemba Kaizen methodology for process improvement
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
