General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly (calculator use allowed).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Maintain verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing; coordinate eye‑hand movements for rapid, accurate tasks.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within designated delivery area; handle adverse terrain (multi‑story buildings, private homes, delivery sites) while carrying product.
• Work in varying temperature ranges – 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas; adapt to sudden changes while inside and outside.
• Operate within varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during trash removal and outside tasks.
• Store and transport items while driving, handling street or sidewalk obstacles.
• Maintain near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks; depth perception; differentiate hot vs. cold surfaces; far vision and night vision while driving.

• Stand for most tasks and walk on ceramic tile, bricks, or linoleum; work surfaces 36‑48 inches high.
• Travel short distances; deliver between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Complete paperwork at an office desk or table.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries; stack onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carry cans (3‑4 lbs), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and pizza dough trays (12 lbs each) during delivery.
• Pushing dollies with up to 30 trays requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force; pull as needed.
• Navigate stairs or ladders infrequently; handle five or more flights during product delivery.
• Use hand skills: handle pizza.observable, cut boards, peel, etc.; maintain eye‑hand coordination throughout shift.
• Operate required tools and equipment: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, paint peel, etc.

• Deliver product by car to door of customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Provide access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
