Private Coaches are expected tolistenand understand what their client(s) are seeking during a private lesson or over aseriesof sessions. We are actively looking for a qualitycoachwho can consistently deliver a transformative experience to their clients.

• Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions independently that meet the client's criteria by email, phone or in person.
• Monitor client's energy levels and support the athlete while promoting our core values.
• Be curious and question to further your understanding of what the client is hoping to gain.
• Ability to develop coaching plans for a broad range of clients.
• Present a plan for how that session or a series of sessions could progress over time.
• Provide a transformative experience for the client.
• Document private sessions thoroughly & consistently via the processes outlined to support the program department.

• Passion for working with athletes of all levels & ages to help further develop their unique needs.
• Knowledge and experience in climbing instruction commensurate with the client's level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, coaches, parents, and gym leadership.
• Strong organizational skills to manage client scheduling and admin responsibilities as needed

This is a part-time hourly position with a starting pay range of $33.33+ per hour depending on the evaluation of your coaching skill set.
