We are looking for a motivated and experienced plumber to handle a variety of plumbing service calls and installations on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Valid New York City plumbing license (preferred) or significant relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Brooklyn and nearby areas
- Part-time (flexible schedule; typically 15-25 hours per week)
- Occasional weekend or emergency calls may be required
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
