Provide customer service to clients, students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, common areas, residence halls exteriors, and perimeter areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Monitor access points, check identification and/or visitor authorization, and provide directions and assistance;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate updates to site contacts
