Security Officer - Unarmed Metro Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, classrooms, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor check-in processes as directed by site procedures, reporting concerns to the appropriate school contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical situations, and/or alarms, and request additional resources when needed.;
Complete timely reports of patrol observations, incidents, and service calls, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.
